Otherwise, IV ketamine infusion therapy is not covered by commercial insurance or Medicare/Medicaid as it's considered an off-label use of the medication. Esketamine (SPRAVATO™) Nasal Spray: Spravato, an FDA-approved nasal spray form of ketamine specifically for treatment-resistant depression, is covered by many insurance plans. Our team will verify your insurance benefits and guide you through the authorization process for Spravato treatment.

After an initial series of treatments, many patients maintain improvements with occasional maintenance sessions. The frequency varies by individual—some patients do well with weekly or every-other-week sessions, while others may go 4-6 weeks between treatments. Your treatment plan will be adjusted by your Ketamine Clinic provider to achieve the best possible results.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a patient-centered, supportive service that takes place during a ketamine session. A trained clinician is present to provide reassurance, grounding, and emotional support as needed, always guided by your comfort level and goals.
